For the Ballett am Rhein, Sabine Kuxdorf was part of the team of authors responsible for the audio description of ‘Krabat’ and ‘True Crime’. She also developed the audio description for “The Threepenny Opera” and “A Midsummer Night’s Dream” at Theater Münster, for “Twelfth Night” at Schauspiel Köln, and for “la vacabose” at tanzhaus nrw. At the 2024 Ruhrtriennale, she created the audio description for ‘Futur Proche’, and in 2025 she developed the artistic audio description for ‘Jungmann Jungklaus’ at the Festival of Contemporary Dance NRW. Most recently, she worked as an access dramaturg for the body concert ‘BUZZ’ at the imagetanz 2026 festival at the brut Koproduktionshaus in Vienna. Sabine Kuxdorf also worked as a reference person for audio description and as an accessibility consultant for the performance ‘Ahnfrauen’ at the Impulse Festival, and acted as an ‘Outside Ear’ for the productions ‘Erste Schritte zu den Schwellen’ by Zwoisy Mears-Clarke, ‘24 Hebel für die Welt – Berichte aus der Winterreise’ by Un-Label and ‘Train Train (2/3)’ by sound artist miu, as well as providing accessibility consultancy for ‘der Riss’ by pulk fiktion at the Freies Werkstatt Theater in Cologne.
