Since 2017, Norman has been studying Theatre and Media Studies at Ruhr University Bochum. Alongside his studies, he is active both on and off stage in various productions. He has worked for the Essen Theatre and Philharmonic, as a volunteer assistant director at the Kleines Theater Essen and as part of the ‘Theaterallianz vier.ruhr for the Mühlheim Drama Prize, the Theater an der Ruhr and the Ringlockschuppen Ruhr, as well as in independent artistic projects for Lex Rütten and Jana Kerima Stolzer, Kasia Fudakowski and Provence Magazine Zurich.
