Moa Yamin Bomolo

Moa Yamin Bomolo, born in Bern, is a Swiss interior designer and scenographer. His passion for drawing, geometry and space led him to architecture at an early age. Following his training as an architectural draughtsman (EFZ) in 2016 and his Matura in Technology, Life Sciences and Architecture in 2021, he completed a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design and Scenography at the Basel Academy of Art and Design in 2025. In his work, he combines technical knowledge with artistic creativity to form an interdisciplinary practice. Alongside his work as a scenographer, he looks back on a long-standing international career as a dancer and performer; amongst other achievements, he is a five-time Swiss champion in breaking.
