Malin Schlebusch

Malin Schlebusch works with costumes, sculpture and performance. Most recently, Malin collaborated with Joe Bauer to design costumes for ‘Power Strangers’ by the physical theatre collective Sticky Fragments. In 2024, she created costumes for ‘The cemetery ain’t waiting’ as part of the Labor der Künste in Montepulciano. Since 2021, Malin has been studying Fine Art at the Münster Academy of Fine Arts in Suchan Kinoshita’s class, and from April 2026 she will be studying at the Tokyo University of the Arts in the Department of Textile Arts. Malin is interested in costumes, which she regards as sculptures in their own right.
