Julius Ude

Born and raised in Gelsenkirchen, Julius Ude moved to Cologne in 2018, where he quickly began his career in the television industry. After gaining initial experience in production, he worked as a writer from 2021 onwards and later as editor-in-chief. In 2023, he was nominated for the Grimme Prize as a member of the writing team for ZDF’s *Magazin Royale*. After working on several freelance projects, he returned to his hometown in 2025 out of love for the Ruhr region and has since been responsible for social media communications at Musiktheater im Revier.
