Honke Rambow

Born in southern Hesse, Honke Rambow came to the Ruhr region to study and has remained loyal to the area ever since. Even whilst studying German language and literature and art history, he worked as a freelance journalist and was fortunate enough to be able to explore his wide-ranging interests time and again, including theatre, music and architecture. He even allowed himself a brief foray into scriptwriting for television. He made his first move into public relations when he oversaw the launch and early years of the independent Rottstr5Theater in Bochum, before going on to work at the Schauspielhaus Bochum. Following further years of reporting on cultural life in North Rhine-Westphalia, Honke Rambow will take up the post of press officer at the Musiktheater im Revier from the 21/22 season onwards.
