Andreas Gutzmer

Andreas Gutzmer completed his apprenticeship as an events technology specialist in 2005 and subsequently successfully completed further training to become a master craftsman specialising in lighting. At the same time, he has been employed in the lighting department at the Musiktheater im Revier since 2010, and has held the post of lighting master there since 2013. In this role, he has overseen productions over the years such as ‘The Merry Widow’, ‘The Rocky Horror Show’, ‘Jenůfa’, ‘The Queen of Spades’, ‘Charlotte Salomon’, ‘Three Sisters’, ‘Die Fledermaus’ and ‘Männer’.
Alongside his work at the Musiktheater, Andreas Gutzmer also draws on his technical expertise and passion for music as a DJ, musician and event technician, and is active in these roles at various events and corporate functions.
